We're Growing!
The Green Team is growing. Not only are veggies abundant now, we're gaining new volunteers! Judy A., (far left), here joins Ms. K. Johnson, Ms. A. Nelson, and Mr. C. Powers, to show off our green beans, purple potatoes, butternut squash, acorn squash, and zucchini squash. Judy, an Allis neighbor and perennial garden restorer, has taken our woodland garden under her wing! We look forward to future development as she tackles the overgrown pathways.

Garden Shed To Appear Soon!
Thanks, Amy N. and Chris P., for emptying and moving one composter in order to clear this site for the garden shed location. Rod G., an acquaintance of Mr. Powers and Ms. Frentz, has agreed to head up a team of folks to assemble and hoist the garden shed. The shed, made possible by grants funded by Home Depot and the Madison Garden Association, will hopefully be up before school begins!
